| Description | HI Jacky SKB asked Philips TV has some issue with our STB, BFX-AT100. we received Philips TV. Model Name is 55PUN6102/61. And we can hear some noise when we boot STB. Please check below video clip. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1oR2UyCII30q4ZMTMtbb8Up1sqrayesuO This TV is a bundle TV for SKB promotion. So they asked us to solve it ASAP. Please let us know what you need to debug it. | ||||

Hi Jason, From the video clip, issue happens while system is resumed from standby mode. Is it correct ? Could you help to get logs for this issue ? Thanks ! |

Dear All, I captured log both cases. 1. Log from STB Power on – It looks OK. 2. Log from STB Active Standby on by RCU. – Video blink twice with noise. If you have any request, please let us know. |

Hi Mr. Yoon and Jason, Could you help to test this issue by r51b image ? We see similar HDCP re-authentication messages as LG TV issue. Thanks ! |

Hi Mr. Kerwin Chen, I tested it more today. I think that it is not related to HDCP. My test cases are as follows : 1. I changed TV setting in Philips TV. UHD Mode : It supports 2160 60p. We have issue in this mode. Normal Mode : It supports 2160 30p. We don't have issue in this mode. 2. I changed STB Video resolution. Philips TV set UHD Mode(2160 60p) Auto and 2160p(4K/UHD) : We have issue in this mode. Set to HD(1080p) : We don't have issue in this mode. 3. I tested it with BKO-AT100. It doesn't have issue in Philips TV UHD and Normal Mode. So I think that we have an issue on 2160 60p support. Could you check it please ? |

Hi Jason, Thanks for your help. We want to make sure this issue does not happen in long time test. Please also help to do overnight test with this test image on Philips TV and give us the log (You do not need to do any standby/resume operation for overnight test, just make sure the Philips TV screen is on.). |

hi river , kerwin I have tested with test image on philip TV. when I come to office today, it is fine to play VOD. Please check an enclosed log. |

Hi Jason, There is TV set compatible issue. the EDID info of this Philips TV is little different. It caused the box parsing EDID incorrectly. So, the box sets wrong data to output HDMI 4Kp60 in wrong timing and causes HDCP error to do the reauthentication many times. When HDCP is doing reauthentication, you will see screen blinking and noise. |
